I spend my working life turning complicated, cross-functional problems into something an organisation can actually act on. Across 14 years in global B2B, spanning adhesives, logistics, power management, and mobility, that has meant building the processes, the market insight, and the decisions that let large companies move faster and carry less complexity.<\/p>\n

Today, at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives across every business unit, from a global product-knowledge platform used by around 500 people to the Management of Change governance behind how portfolio decisions get made. Earlier, at Cordstrap, I ran global segment marketing and uncovered a new growth opportunity in North American rail that I sized, built the case for, and turned into 13% revenue growth.<\/p>\n

By training I’m an industrial engineer with a strong digital side. I’m a German and Swiss national; I work in German and English, with Russian as my first language.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
